19th Century Silhouette of Toddler Standing at Sheraton Arm Chair
  • A sweet cut & paste silhouette of a toddler standing at a Sheraton arm chair. She’s probably just learning to walk. Cut from black paper and embellished with pencil lines that detail her clothing, hair and also the carving on the back of the chair. She stands on a watercolor wash ground and is framed in a period maple frame measuring 9 ½” x 11”. Circa mid-19th century.
