Here a tiny spruce gum or snuff box. This one has a sawtooth border repeated in rows around the oval box. It measures a tiny 2 ½” long x 2” tall x 1” deep. The handle is leather. The box has expected wear, including some scratches in the richly oxidized wood top. See the last photo showing both snuff boxes being added today.
